The instrument is composed of 2 working parts covered with a special layer of black anti-reflective ceramic:
1) A probe / compactor that allows to evaluate the dimensions of the alveolus and to correctly compact the graft Probe dimensions: tip of 1.5 mm diameter; tip length 2 cm; final diameter 3 mm; depth notches laser engraved at 1, 3, 5, 7, 15 & 20 mm.
2) A little spoon on board, to easily convey the grafting material to the receiving site. Spoon dimensions: width 4 mm and length 9 mm.
The Maxil Black Sharp surgical scissors line is characterized by an extremely sharp blade thanks to the Tungsten Carbide insert.
(Black part) An extremely sharp blade thanks to the TC insertion, and a special heat treatment provide an above the average hardness en cutting duration.
(Gold part) The micro-serrated blade, prevents the slipping of the fabrics and of the modern monofilament sutures during cutting.
