The combined use of the EndoSINUS devices improves the procedures of measuring the trans-alveolar bone tunnel and blunt dissection of the sinus mucous membrane, thereby allowing better control of elevation and a blunt dissection with reduced risk of laceration.

The possibility of managing occlusal blunt dissection of the sinus mucous membrane with the EndoSINUS set improves volumetric restoration of the hard tissues and reduces the risk of laceration during bone grafting.

Diagnostic probe indicated for measurement of the trans-alveolar bone tunnel and determination of the external topography at the base of the sinus floor. Sinus curettes for use if the window for access to the antral cavity is greater than 15 mm. Atraumatic probe indicated for determination of integrity and for initial elevation of the sinus mucous membrane. The instrument is also useful for assessing the tension and elasticity of the sinus mucous membrane Fig. 10. The instrument can also be used in final management of elevation for determination of the size of the blunt dissection performed and for condensation of the bone graft.

Sinus blunt dissector for occlusal elevation of the mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus. Fig. 9. This instrument allows two different areas of access to the sinus cavity to be joined with a directly perceived blunt dissection. It can also be used in conventional lateral elevation in areas that are difficult to reach.
